Marketing Options

Direct Sale Option
Your property will be marketed for a year, not only on our website, but also on a minimum of four other leading property portals eg. Kyero, ThinkSpain, Libercasa, Andalucia.co.uk, Dream Property etc. It will also feature in at least one local advertisement either in Streetwise, The Grapevine, Insight, Sentinella or Property Gazette. All enquiries relating to your property specifically will be passed on directly to you by email or fax. Portichuelo Properties can supply the photos and the text, or you can choose to provide your own. Portichuelo Properties will not be involved in any other aspect of the sale process, and will receive no commission from any eventual sale.

Direct Sale Plus Option
Your property will be marketed as above. In addition, we will pass your property and contact details on to all clients enquiring into similar, or related, properties within the relevant price band, and explain that they should contact you direct for more information, viewing etc. Portichuelo Properties will not be involved in any other aspect of the sale process, and will receive no commission from any eventual sale.

	Fees are to be paid in advance and are not refundable .

Assisted Sale Option
Your property will be marketed as above, but with Portichuelo Properties taking an active role in promoting the property, showing the property and in all aspects of the sale process where required.

Price:	From €990 + VAT Detailed pricing on request.
	These fees are to be paid in advance and are not refundable.

If Portichuelo Properties is successful in achieving a sale within the year, an equivalent further payment will be due at the time of signing the Private Purchase Contract. If no sale is realised, or a sale is realised through another agent or by a private sale, no further commission is due to Portichuelo Properties.

Commission Upon Sale Option
Your property will be marketed as per the above options, but with no time limit. Portichuelo Properties will take an active role in promoting the property, showing the property and in all aspects of the sale process where required.

All commissions are payable at the time of signing the Private Purchase Contract when the 10% deposit has been received.

We receive a very large number of hits each week, and although the vast majority of our enquiries are from Europe, our site has been viewed throughout the world from countries as diverse as Greenland, Qatar, the Vatican City, Svalbard, Ecuador and Hong Kong. We have approx. 250 current listings on our website. The major property portals reach out to an even wider audience, and have a very large number of properties and visitors. The property portals that we currently advertise on include Kyero, ThinkSpain, Libercasa, Dream Property, Andalucia.co.uk, TypicallySpanish, Property Search Network, TheBigMover and EuroFalcon. We also have links to a number of websites throughout Andalucia and beyond. We also advertise in the local press to attract the local expatriates who are looking to purchase in the area. Please bear in mind that clients generally view a wide range of properties, both in person and on the internet, and are aware when a property is competitively priced.
