After working for two different, large real estate companies on the eastern coast of the Costa del Sol and gaining experience, not only of the local real estate market, but also of wider areas of the Axarquia and the multi-national clientele, we naturally progressed to establishing Portichuelo Properties closer to our home in Competa, in an area and community we have grown to love and appreciate. Richard's ability to get on with people, and his impressive linguistic expertise, speaking Spanish, German and French fluently, certainly enable him to break down the language barriers and interact at ease on all levels, in this micro-cosmopolitan corner of Andalucia. This, combined with Nicola's long-held fascination and interest in all facets of the property market and real estate, both here and in the UK, complemented by her administrative skills, have resulted in the two of us achieving a close-knit partnership which provides a very high level of service to our clients, both buyers and sellers.
